Piety 4-Plex

This 4-plex Multi-Family project has recently received a building permit!  NFA designed this building using the Affordable Multi-Family allowances provided in the New Orleans Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.  Because the owner is open to renting a unit at an Affordable rate (as stipulated by New Orleans) NFA designed a permitted-by-rights 4-unit building on a lot that would have otherwise only permitted 2 units.
